BASWA Classic Base
Fine Grain, Two-Coat, Smooth Finish
BASWA Classic Base offers a smooth finish for any BASWA system, made with recycled marble sand. BASWA finishes are microporous and allow sound energy to pass through to the underlaying panel which converts it into heat energy.
A two-coat finish, Classic Base is recommended on curved surfaces and in conditions with grazing light. Once dry, BASWA finish materials are completely inert, making them suitable in high-humidity.

Classic Base finishes are available in natural stone white (NCS S0500-N) or can be tinted to create a custom color or even a custom color gradient using BASWA Colors. This integral tint additive has no affect on the acoustical properties of the finish. Learn more about BASWA Colors >
While bridging paints are expressly not recommended for BASWA finishes, as they can reduce or eliminate absorptive performance, water-based paints have been used by artisans to create decorative motifs over finished BASWA systems. BASWA does not offer recommendations for any decorative treatments and highly encourages project teams to test for any acoustical performance modifications that may be caused by such treatments. BASWA Shine
BASWA Shine es un aditivo brillante acústicamente transparente que se puede incorporar a cualquier sistema de acabado. La intensidad del efecto brillante se puede elegir en función del objetivo del diseño, desde un efecto sutil hasta un brillo intenso y espectacular. Es imprescindible la luz solar directa o una fuente de luz artificial.
